• Resentment in Relationships: What You’re Not Saying (Ep# 10 Relationship Series)
    Feb 17 2026

In this episode of the Relationship Series, we’re talking about the conversations you avoid, the needs you don’t express, and the stories you create about how things will go before they even happen.

Resentment doesn’t usually explode overnight. It builds quietly in the moments you felt hurt but said nothing, the boundary you didn’t set, the need you hoped they would "just know.”

We explore how suppressed truth creates distance, why pre-written stories aren’t reality, and how radical honesty with yourself is the first step toward deeper connection - in partnerships, friendships, and every relationship in your life.

    ✨ Reflection Questions✨
    • What need have I been expecting someone to meet without clearly expressing it?
    • What story have I created about how they would respond?
    • Where might I be choosing comfort over honesty?
    • What would it feel like to express my truth without trying to control the outcome?

You don’t have to fix everything today. But you can always pause check in with yourself and the story before it turns into resentment.

  • Love Is a Practice, Not a Holiday
    Feb 12 2026

Valentine’s Day can feel romantic… or heavy. Joyful… or lonely.

In this impromptu episode, I offer a grounded pause around love - not as a holiday performance, but as a daily practice.

What if love isn’t proven on specific days?
What if it starts with how you speak to yourself, hold boundaries, and honor your needs?

This isn’t a relationship “fix.” It’s an invitation to shift from outsourcing love to embodying it - whether you’re single, partnered, or somewhere in between.

    Reflection Questions✨
    • Where in my life do I equate love with validation instead of connection?
    • What is one small way I can practice love toward myself this week - not because it’s Valentine’s Day, but because I matter?

  • Is This Just How Relationships Are? (Ep #9 Relationship Series)
    Jan 27 2026

Have you ever found yourself thinking, “This is just how relationships are” - and secretly wondering if there could be more?

In this episode of the Relationship Series, we explore the belief that often settles into long-term relationships and life without us even noticing: it is what it is. Not from a place of blame or fixing, but from curiosity, honesty, and self-connection.

We talk about how disconnection often begins internally before it shows up in our relationships, why many of us stop expressing our needs, and how choosing comfort over truth can slowly dim intimacy and aliveness. This episode is an invitation to question old stories, reconnect with yourself, and open space for something different - without needing immediate answers or outcomes.

This conversation includes reflection questions and a Magic of What If card pull to support awareness, curiosity, and gentle self-inquiry.

    KEY TAKEAWAYS

    • “This is just how it is” is often a protective belief - not a truth
    • Disconnection frequently starts within before it shows up relationally
    • Reigniting connection begins with reconnecting to yourself
    • Curiosity creates possibility; avoidance keeps patterns in place
    • Willingness on both sides matters - and lack of it is important information
    • Awareness alone can begin to shift long-standing dynamics
    • You are allowed to question the stories that keep you small or stuck

    ✨REFLECTION QUESTIONS✨

    • Where in my relationship or life have I quietly accepted, “this is just how it is”?
    • Where might I be abandoning myself to keep things predictable or comfortable?
    • What would curiosity look like here - without needing an immediate outcome?

  • Why Everything Your Partner Does Suddenly Annoys You (Ep #8 Relationship Series)
    Jan 20 2026

When the person you love starts to feel like a roommate, it’s rarely about the dishes, the laundry, or how they load the dishwasher. It’s a signal from your body that something deeper - connection, rest, appreciation, safety - is asking for your attention. In this episode of the Relationship Series, we explore what’s really happening beneath that irritation - and why it’s rarely about the dishes, the tone, or the moment itself.

We walk through the subtle shift from logistics to disconnection and why your nervous system always knows before your mind does. You’ll learn to spot the physical cues - tight chest, clenched jaw, shallow breath - and use quick micro-pauses to choose response over reaction. From there, we map simple, intentional practices that rebuild intimacy without grand gestures: 20-minute couch dates after bedtime, trying one new thing together, and a nightly reminder to name one thing you want to remember about the day. These small acts restore presence, soften edges, and create room for closeness to grow.

This conversation isn’t about blaming your partner or fixing anyone. It’s about learning how to listen to your body, recognize unmet needs, and shift from reacting on autopilot to responding with awareness and curiosity.

    You’ll hear about:

    • Why irritation is often a signal, not the problem
    • How unmet needs show up as snappy or controlling behavior
    • The role your nervous system plays in long-term relationships
    • Why curiosity creates connection (and judgment creates distance)
    • How small, intentional shifts can reopen connection over time

    REFLECTION QUESTIONS✨

    1. When I feel irritated or snappy in my relationships, what might my body actually be asking for?
    2. What need of mine has been going unmet - love, safety, appreciation, rest, or connection?
    3. Am I approaching this relationship from judgment or curiosity?
    4. What is one small way I could reconnect with myself or my partner this week?

  • Where Did I Go? (Ep #7 Relationship Series)
    Jan 13 2026

As partnerships deepen and life evolves, our time, energy, and availability naturally change. Friendships shift. Guilt can surface. And many of us quietly wonder if wanting more space, balance, or alone time means we’re doing something wrong.

In this episode of the Relationship Series, we explore how people lose connection with themselves in friendships and relationships - not because they don’t care, but because they’ve learned to prioritize others over their own needs. This conversation isn’t about choosing one relationship over another. It’s about learning how to stay connected to yourself while your relationships evolve.

We talk about people-pleasing, guilt, changing availability, and why alone time is not rejection - it’s a relationship with yourself.

This episode includes a Magic of What If card pull and reflection questions to support you in navigating relational transitions with honesty and self-trust.

    ✨Reflection Questions

    • Where in my friendships has my availability shifted, and how does my body feel about that?
    • What part of me feels guilty for needing more space or balance right now?
    • Where might I be people-pleasing out of habit rather than honoring my truth?
    • What would it feel like to honor both my relationships and myself?

  • Feeling Your Way Into the New Year: Who Do You Want to Be in 2026?
    Jan 4 2026

What if you didn’t wait for a new year, a Monday, or the “right time” to begin?

In this New Year episode of the Pure Possibilities Podcast, I invite you into a different kind of New Year’s conversation - one rooted in connection, curiosity, and choice rather than pressure, resolutions, or fixing yourself.

Instead of asking “What do I need to change?”, this episode explores deeper questions:

    • How do you want to feel - not just this year, but each day?
    • Who do you want to be with yourself and in your relationships?
    • What happens when curiosity leads instead of pressure?

I share personal reflections, including my New Year ritual, revisiting my year through photos, and why so many resolutions fall apart by mid-January - not because of motivation, but because of disconnection.

This episode also includes a Magic of What If™ card pull with a powerful question for the year ahead: What if I take radical personal responsibility for my life?

This is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and choose how you want to feel and who you want to be - again and again.

    ✨Reflection Questions:

    • How do I want to feel this year?
    • How do I want to feel each day?
    • Who do I want to be with myself?
    • Who do I want to be in my relationships?
    • What version of me feels the most honest right now?
    • What would change if I actually enjoyed my own company?
    • Where am I waiting for permission that I could give myself today?

💜Listen in if you’re ready to move into the new year with intention, self-trust, and presence - without waiting.

  • The Power of Trying: A Two-Year Reflection
    Dec 30 2025

This episode is a pause, a reflection, and a celebration.

As the year comes to a close, I’m taking a brief pause from the Relationship Series to acknowledge where we are before moving forward. This episode marks two years since I released the very first episode of the Pure Possibilities Podcast - now at episode 115 with over 5,000 listens from people around the world.

Two years ago, I believed stories about myself - that my voice didn’t matter and that no one would care what I had to say. Those stories felt real… but they weren’t true.

In this episode, I reflect on why the decision to try matters more than the outcome, how growth begins with willingness and curiosity (not confidence), and why waiting to feel “ready” keeps so many of us stuck. I also share a closing card pull and an invitation to question the stories that keep you small as we move into the new year.

    ✨ Reflection Questions

    1. Where in my life am I feeling that nudge to try something, even if it scares me?
    2. What might be possible for me if I stopped waiting to feel ready?

    ✨ Key Takeaways

    • The decision to try is more important than the outcome.
    • Growth begins with willingness and curiosity.
    • Readiness is often a self-imposed story - we are never truly “ready.”
    • Taking aligned steps leads to forward movement and clarity.
    • Self-reflection helps us understand what we truly desire.
    • Embracing uncertainty can open the door to unexpected joy.
    • Listening to your intuition is essential for personal growth.
    • Community support can deepen the journey of self-discovery.
    • It’s okay to not know where your path will lead.
    • Focus on how you want to feel, not just what you want to achieve.

Thank you for being here, for listening, and for being part of this journey. Next week, we’ll move into a conversation that continues to be a cornerstone of my own transformation: How do you want to feel in 2026?

  • Your Relationship with Joy: Why Playfulness Matters More Than You Think (Ep #6 Relationship Series)
    Dec 23 2025

In this episode of the Relationship Series, I felt a strong pull to soften, slow down, and invite a little more lightness into the conversation.

We’ve been exploring deep relationships - with ourselves, our bodies, honesty, and boundaries - and today we turn toward a relationship that often gets forgotten as we grow up: our relationship with joy, playfulness, and pleasure.

So many people tell me they don’t know what they like to do for fun anymore. I used to feel the same way, and honestly… that makes so much sense when you’ve spent years being responsible, productive, or in survival mode. But “I don’t know” isn’t the end - it’s the beginning of curiosity.

In this episode, I talk about:

    • How joy and playfulness quietly fade as we grow up
    • Why waiting for life to feel easier before enjoying it keeps us stuck
    • How even a few minutes of play can shift your energy and reconnect you with your life force
    • Why joy isn’t something you earn - it’s something you allow

This is a gentle reminder that healing doesn’t always look like processing or fixing. Sometimes it looks like laughing, swinging on a swing, dancing in your kitchen, or doing something simply because it feels good.

Before we close, I’ll also guide you through a short card pull and leave you with two simple reflection questions to help you reconnect with joy in a way that feels natural and pressure-free.

    Reflection Questions:

    1. What did I love doing as a child, or what made me laugh, that I’ve forgotten about?
    2. What’s one small, pressure-free way I could invite more play, joy, or pleasure into my week - or even my day?

You’re allowed to enjoy your life.
    You’re allowed to play.
And sometimes, a few minutes of joy can change everything.
