    Today we felt the need to share our Emergency Go To's when it comes to Intuitive Soul Care Alignment.

    Today we thought it was rather relevant to have a conversation around what really matters.

    This is different for everyone and doesn't always stay the same. It's important to remember out of all the priorities that occupy our mind, what is it that matters most?.

    When things don't go the way you'd hope it would or when life gives you curves balls, usually the things that really matter aren't tangible, but who you are being, the memories, or the simple things that are provided day to day. Hold close what matters to you, this will remove stress and unnecessary reactive ways we can respond to the world around us.

    Today we felt it was very important to discuss the topic of Navigating Fear.

    We live in very interesting times, and it's more important than ever to understand how powerful you are, know your power and to use it wisely.

    There are uncertainties all around us and can have the possibility at coming at us from all angles.

    So ask yourself, what grounds you? what foundations do you have in place to keep yourself focussed, prepared and be in a solution based mindset, while being aware of your energy and how you operate.

    If you are aware of it or not, the powers that be love to keep us in fear to have us more easily controlled. Regardless of what you are facing, find ways you can use these circumstances to grow, prepare and come together with the community around you.

    We don't encourage you to ignore your surroundings and do nothing, however we encourage you to use it to think smarter, pull from your resources and really start to becoming conscious of the world you live in.

    1. What community can you plug into?

    2. What decisions can you make today to prepare for a few weeks/months ahead.

    3. How can I rely more on myself, up-skill and not just rely the mainstream system.

    How can you train your mind, brain and soul to break out of this 5 sense reality to embody what you are truly capable of?

    Perhaps it's meditation, movement, sounds, connecting conversations, community, good foods, clean water and positive dialogue. Find what works for you.

    Have you ever had a goal and then felt overwhelmed by the goal itself?

    Today we chat about different methods you can use to look at your goal and then work backwards highlighting small steps that are going to really support you achieving what ever it is you want.

    Focusing on the small steps and chunking down. Focussing on today, or this week with all your attention, rather than the goal itself. When we become clear on the next step and then the next and so on we create a map to success one chunk at a time.

    Key points in this process is planning and reflecting.

    5min to reflect at the end of the week, 5 min to plan for the next day.

    It makes all the difference when you are motivated by small chunks, rather than look at how far away you may be from accomplishing your goal.

    We want you to ask yourself, Do you really feel rested? Do you feel a sense of fulfilment? Are you making progress in important areas that matter to you?

    If you answered No to any of these questions perhaps sit back and reflect.

    Even if it looks like self care and intuitive soul alignment, you could be doing too much of it, or your practice needs to evolve with you as you evolve.

    As we look after ourselves we can't allow the looking after to be stressful or not actually re charge us. It is important to see a growth or have a benefit to what we are doing.

    Be open to continuously evolve and change your routines to align with who you are now and who you are becoming, regardless of what you think you should be doing.
