The St. Louis Cardinals have their highest draft pick in 26 years. In 1998, they took J.D. Drew. That pick brought value until Adam Wainwright retired last year. Can they get that much value this time around?

Value will certainly be available at the 7th pick. Names like Braden Montgomery, Chase Burns, Hagen Smith, J.J. Weatherholt, Bryce Rainer and Konner Griffin could be available.
