    Think about it. Unless you've experienced a particular trauma or injury, most problems (symptoms) of the body or mind, have arisen through an inch by inch process over an extended period of time. So, perhaps it may take the same approach for the solution?

    Consistently persistent is a term that I've adopted in how I approach my parenting, my fitness, my business, my meditation practice - everything! It has allowed me to relieve myself of guilt for not doing enough, and has created an more endurable, realistic, and contented approach to life. I find I have more energy and I feel more prepared for when things go wrong. 

    Small steps. Consistently persistent. Test it.
