    If you are feeling overwhelmed, peel away the layers and make a firm decision and commitment to make small changes, maybe in several areas of your lifestyle, that are realistic for you to rinse and repeat. Then don't stop. Do whatever you need to do to stay committed. If you continue to sabotage, then it's time to reflect upon your real goals, and determine if they are true to you, or to someone else!
