The Plan Changed. She Didn't Quit.

From burnout and caregiving to wellness leadership and multi-niche success, Fay Chapple's story of radical reinvention.

In this candid episode of Let's Talk, Coach Che Marville speaks with Fay Chapple, a powerhouse entrepreneur who left a high-level corporate role to become a full-time caregiver, and in doing so, reimagined every aspect of her life.

They explore the real face of burnout, the pragmatic courage it takes to stop pretending everything is fine, and the healing power of mindfulness, feng shui, and building systems that serve the whole self. Fay shares how she created a thriving wellness center, adopted a multi-niche entrepreneurial approach, and leveraged her own lived experience to support other women navigating life-altering transitions.

This is a conversation about surviving when you don't have a choice and thriving by creating one.

    • You can't do everything, make decisions that honour your energy
    • Burnout isn't laziness; it's profound exhaustion that demands your attention
    • You're allowed to have multiple passions and run a multi-niche business
    • The "nice verse" is where all of your identities can coexist
    • Mindfulness and space design (like feng shui) aren't luxuries; they're tools
    • Teaching responsibility to the next generation is a gift, not a burden
    • Community support is essential; no one reinvents alone
    • Pivoting isn't failure, it's evolution

    Jun 20 2025

In this episode of Let's Talk, Coach Che Marville sits down with Founders Jay Bertram and Rich Cooper, the founders of PRVN (https://prvn.ca}/, a bold, stripped-down creative agency designed to harness senior talent without the bloat typically found in traditional models. Together, they unpack what's broken in advertising, why agencies have lost their spark, and how PRVN is building a new framework rooted in speed, collaboration, and authentic human connection.

They delve into how AI fits in (and where it doesn't), why diversity isn't just a matter of optics, and how midlife professionals can reclaim their power in an industry obsessed with youth.

This is a conversation about reinvention, resilience, and absolute creative freedom.

    • PRVN is built on proven talent creatives with insight, depth, and the ability to deliver under pressure.
    • The traditional agency model is obsolete, often acting more as a barrier than a bridge to clients.
    • Their creative sprint process is inspired by Saturday Night Live: fast, disciplined, collaborative, and effective.
    • Clients don't just want ideas. They want alignment, engagement, and results.
    • AI is a tool, not a replacement. The human creative mind is still the most valuable asset.
    • Diversity of experience fuels innovation, not just representation but lived insight.
    • Midlife isn't a dead end. It's the prime time to pivot and own your value.

In this soul-deep episode of Let’s Talk, Coach Che Marville confronts one of life’s quiet truths: our childhood never really leaves us—it lives in our nervous system, our relationships, and our silence.

But what happens when we hit midlife and begin to feel the weight of everything we’ve been carrying?

Through storytelling, reflection, and the grounded insights of trauma expert Dr. Gabor Maté, Che guides us through the invisible architecture of childhood—and the deep work of unlearning in adulthood.

  • TOMORROW on Let’s Talk with Che Marville The Wrong Questions: Racism, Grievance & the Performance of Hate
    May 8 2025

Why do we keep giving the mic to provocateurs, only to ask the same tired questions? In this episode, Coach Che Marville challenges the mainstream narrative surrounding a controversial interview between Piers Morgan and Lilly Gaddis, a self-proclaimed defender of white grievance and free speech.

But Che isn't here to debate who can say what word. She's asking something deeper.

👉 What does it do for you to say it?

👉 Who are you trying to hurt?

👉 What does freedom mean to you—beyond your right to offend?

As hate continues to masquerade as "free speech," this conversation asks what we're really afraid to confront: not just the words, but the deeper wounds, the unhealed histories, and the strange addiction to division.

Che explores why young culture warriors sound more regressive than progressive—and why rage, clicks, and algorithms seem to win over truth and healing.

🧠 It's 2025. If we still have the same conversations about race, power, and identity, maybe it's time to ask new, better, real questions.

    IN THIS EPISODE, CHE ASKS:

    • Why do culture warriors crave grievance over growth?
    • What is the algorithm's role in amplifying hate?
    • Are we addicted to division—and if so, what's the cost?
    • What should we be asking instead of just reacting?

  • Canada -Who Are We Becoming?
    May 7 2025

On Monday, May 5th, Coach Che reflected on the political, cultural, and spiritual crossroads Canada faces following the election of its 24th Prime Minister, Mark Carney. As he meets with U.S. President Donald Trump, Che asks: Who are we now, and what are we becoming?

Che explores Canada's growing polarization, algorithm-fueled rage, and how American-style culture wars are bleeding into our national identity. She confronts hard truths: the ongoing impact of the pandemic, rising loneliness and anxiety, the erosion of trust, and the performative nature of DEI efforts.

But this isn’t just a critique, it’s a call. A call for pluralism, collaboration, innovation, and healing. Che reminds us that diversity is complexity and complexity builds innovation. We must expand the table, bridge divides, and reimagine a Canada rooted not in fear, but in shared possibility.

    Key Takeaways:

    • Canada is in a “collective nervous breakdown” post-pandemic.
    • Social media and politics are manufacturing divisions, especially along racial and ideological lines.
    • True inclusion means expanding opportunity, not just checking boxes.
    • We need new models for innovation rooted in disagreement, difference, and shared purpose.
    • The future of Canada must be built by “makers, builders, and dreamers” from the center and the margins.

“We’re not just living in a new world. We are the new world. Let’s not accept division as our direction
