    Hello and welcome back to the second episode of IN-SOMNIA, the podcast where we explore together the world of sleep and dreams.


    Tonight's topic is all about Insomnia – the sleep disorder.


    Insomnia is described as having trouble falling asleep or staying asleep, and those problems make it hard to function during the day.

    Please know that you are not alone if you suffer from insomnia and spend many nights staring at the ceiling of your bedroom, or otherwise wandering the house thinking what to do while the rest of the household is asleep.

    Insomnia is the most common sleep disorder that affects millions of people around the world.


    And we will look at what insomnia is, what isn't and what are the symptoms and treatment for it.


    So, if you are listening to this podcast right now and you find yourself nodding in agreement and you share the experience of chronic or short-term insomnia, please know that you are not alone and that I am here to support you.


    And in light of that, let us create a small plan for the evening.
