  • Intro - Welcome to the Health Sport Podcast
    Nov 2 2025

My name is Félix Tremblay, and since childhood, movement has been an integral part of my life. I’ve had the chance to explore a wide variety of sports: soccer, hockey, volleyball, swimming, running, and eight years of competitive biathlon. These experiences shaped my discipline, my passion for effort, and my constant curiosity about everything related to sports and health.

Today, I continue to fuel this passion through cross-country skiing, running, and cycling. Having completed six half-marathons and currently preparing for my very first marathon in the fall of 2025, I constantly set new challenges for myself, always with the goal of pushing my limits and learning more about myself through sport.

At the same time, I’ve always been driven by scientific curiosity. Whenever the opportunity arose, I would ask questions to coaches, health professionals, or athletes to better understand their approaches. Today, that same curiosity comes to life through my podcast, a space where I share rich and accessible conversations. My goal: to inspire and help people take charge of their health, one conversation at a time.
