Trust ultimately comes down to three pillars: competency, relatability, and consistency. So, rather than fearing the moment we're in, lean in to it. If you're doing genuine, high-quality work, a trust recession isn't a threat, it's an opportunity to stand out by calling out the problem openly, educating your audience on what to look for in a coach, and letting your track record speak for itself.
