• How to Be Proud of Yourself
    Jan 20 2026

We talk a lot about growth, goals, and “what’s next”… but rarely about something just as powerful: pride.

In this episode, I share a moment from a live group coaching call that stopped me in my tracks—when a woman casually brushed past the fact that she had just stepped into the next level of her business. And it opened a much bigger conversation about how often we skip over our own courage, effort, and becoming.

    We’ll explore:

    • Why pride isn’t arrogance—and what real confidence actually looks like
    • How to stop waiting for results before you let yourself feel good
    • The quiet, brave moments that deserve just as much pride as the “big wins”
    • Why effort matters more than outcomes
    • And how learning to feel proud of yourself can change how you show up in your work, relationships, and life

I also share a personal story about a hard, vulnerable reach-out that didn’t get the response I hoped for—but left me feeling deeply proud of how I showed up. Because sometimes pride isn’t loud… it’s honest.

If you’ve ever felt like you move too quickly to the next thing, struggle with comparison, or find it easier to celebrate everyone else than yourself—this episode is for you.

This is an invitation to slow down, acknowledge who you are becoming, and let pride become a partner in your life.

  • You’re Doing All the Things, So Why Isn’t It Working?
    Jan 13 2026

There’s a moment in business that almost all of us hit at some point.

We’re showing up. We’re creating. We’re doing all the things. And still, clients and money aren’t really moving the way we hoped they would.

In this episode, I slow that moment down and take a closer look at what’s actually happening. Most of the time, it’s not about effort. It’s about value, fit, and whether what we’re putting out into the world is really landing for the people we want to serve.

I talk about why value isn’t something we get to decide for ourselves, how learning “fit” takes time and attention, and what I’ve learned from watching where clients actually come from.

I also share the idea of the 10-to-1 rule of profitability, and how creating generously and consistently allows value to circulate in ways we can’t always track or control.

We also explore the idea of building a “value bank” in your business. Thinking about everything you create — podcast episodes, emails, free calls, workshops, content — as something that doesn’t disappear, but instead becomes part of a growing reserve you can draw from to support people with ease and generosity.

Toward the end of the episode, I share about a new three-session coaching option I opened for January, called The Success Series, and who it’s for. It’s designed for people who want clarity, direction, or support around something specific in their life or business, without committing to a long-term container.

If you’ve been doing a lot and wondering why things aren’t clicking yet, this episode will help you look at your business with a little more spaciousness and trust.

  • The Secret to Hitting a Goal
    Jan 6 2026

What if the reason you don’t follow through on your goals isn’t because you don’t want them badly enough… but because you’re making them too big of a deal?

In this first episode of the year, I’m sharing something I’m actively working through myself — a quieter, lighter way of going after what we want without burning out or bailing when things get hard.

We talk about why motivation and passion can actually work against us, how pressure creates the familiar “rollercoaster” with our goals, and what happens when we build from trust instead of intensity.

This isn’t about lowering your standards or not caring. It’s about finding that middle place where a goal is important, but not life-or-death, so you can stay in the game long enough to actually see it through.

If you’ve ever started something with a lot of excitement and then quietly dropped it weeks or months later, this episode is for you.

  • Sufficiency: Leaving "Not Enough" Behind for the Year Ahead
    Dec 30 2025

In this final episode of the year, we’re talking about something most of us live with without even realizing it: the quiet, constant soundtrack of not enough.

Not enough time, not enough progress, not enough clarity, not enough energy… and the belief that somehow, we’re not enough either.

Inspired by Lynne Twist’s book The Soul of Money, I share one of the most powerful stories I’ve ever read — a lesson from a village in Senegal that completely shifted how I understand sufficiency, possibility, and the way we relate to what we already have.

We’ll explore what “enough” actually means, how scarcity quietly shapes our days, and how to soften the noise as we head into a new year.

Plus, I’m sharing a simple 24-hour practice you can try right away.

And, for the first time, a new way to work with me in January. You can check out this newest offer in the link below.

A grounded, gentle episode to end the year on a different note.

  • Gratitude 101: How to Want What You Already Have
    Dec 23 2025

How do you actually feel grateful when your brain is wired to look for everything that’s missing?

In today’s episode, we’re breaking down the surprising truth about gratitude: it doesn’t come naturally. It’s a practice we have to create on purpose—and when we do, it can turn an ordinary life into something quietly extraordinary.

I share the story of how recording a short video on gratitude sent me into my backyard, where the tiniest shift in attention cracked my world open.

From my outdoor shower and the herb corner that refuses to behave… to sourdough scraps, a rescued cat, and even my ice bath—this is a grounded, real-life look at what it means to want what you already have.

    We talk about:

    why Your Brain Resists Gratitude

how winter invites us inward, and why gratitude pulls us back outward

how to create gratitude ahead of time (before the good thing even happens)

the tiny perspective shift that can reset your entire day

how wanting what you have can feel better than having what you want

This is not a cheesy gratitude episode.

This is the grounded, honest reset your heart probably needs right now.

Thanks for being here, pod people. I’m so grateful for you.

  • The Problem With Saying “I’m Trying”
    Dec 16 2025

In today’s episode, I’m digging into one tiny word that seems innocent but sneaks its way into our goals, our relationships, our parenting, our businesses — and quietly holds us back: “trying.”

I share a few stories (including the Central Park tennis-ball mama, a birth-pool moment where I finally snapped at my husband, and some honest coaching from a client in a relationship spiral) that show how “I’m trying” keeps us hovering in hesitation instead of stepping into real commitment.

We talk about why the words you use matter, how to notice when “trying” is actually code for “I haven’t decided yet,” and what it looks like to shift into 100% commitment — even when it’s messy and imperfect.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, wobbly, or half-in/half-out with something in your life, this episode will land deeply.

And if you want to take this work further, you can always join my free monthly group coaching call or book a free one-on-one consult. Both are completely complementary.

  • Caring what other people think
    Dec 9 2025

In this episode, we’re diving into one of the most universal human struggles: caring what other people think.

Not in the “just don’t care!” kind of way, because that’s not real, but in the honest, messy, human way that actually helps you shift it.

I’m sharing stories from my own life, a powerful moment with a former coach, what came up on last night’s free group coaching call, and how this shows up in parenting, entrepreneurship, and identity.

We’ll talk about why we’re wired to seek approval and how to slowly unhook your worth from other people’s opinions.

If you’ve ever felt judged, misunderstood, overly agreeable, invisible, or too worried about what people might think… this one’s for you.

  • Standing Your Ground: The End of the Good Girl Era
    Dec 2 2025

In this episode, we’re talking about what it really means to stand your ground—and why so many of us struggle to do it. I share a story from when I was 19 that unexpectedly taught me the power of quiet certainty (yes, it involves a chaotic NYC penthouse and a babysitting job gone awry). We explore how “good girl” conditioning manifests in adulthood in ways we barely even notice.

If you’ve ever found yourself saying “it’s fine” when it’s not…

shrinking your ideas before they even come out…

playing small to keep the peace…

or abandoning your own needs so nobody feels uncomfortable…

    this conversation is for you.

We dive into the five reasons the good girl identity blocks your clarity, your voice, and your potential—and how to begin practicing the muscle of standing your ground even when your voice still shakes.

This episode is an invitation to stop leaving yourself behind, tell the truth sooner, and step into the grounded, steady version of yourself who actually knows what she wants.
