90% filler text. Same concepts as in every other selfimprovement book only described through the dopamine filter, but writen in a way that i am just wondering what he is trying to sell me. not wrong, but a 10 min free video or podcast will probably give you more info and waste less of your time.

Unfortunately this book didn't contsin anything I haven't heard or done before. It was less shorter than I expected. But thank you still for putting this in the world. We are way too distracted these times.

Even if I hate plans and rules, am a therapist and worked on myself over 10 years in personal development - this book is very helpful for me. Enjoyed hearing it and applied everything immediately.
