Im Gegensatz zu seinem Buch mit demselben Titel spricht Wayne Dyer hier lebendig und ergreifend, der Vortrag ist natürlich, teilweise wirklich komisch, kann tief berühren und motiviert sehr, es doch noch einmal zu versuchen, was auch immer man ändern möchte. Dabei bedient er sich der Fragen von The Work, die er teilweise umformuliert hat. Seine Einsichten und Umgang mit den häufigsten Ausreden sind hilfreich. Besonders anrührend ist der anschließende Vortrag des alten Ram Dass.
