he pressured her from the beginning to sleep with him and that combined with the fact that she wanted to escape but couldn't and staying with him was the only Alternative (because of safety). is for my taste a bit to simular to the effects of stockholm Syndrom... therefor him going back on his word not to touch her (he does) and her giving in to sleep with him is a little bit to simular to being raped. also the fact that she thinks she should "be lucky" that he caught her because it could be worse... and she should be grateful jet she still wants to leave ... (= stockholm Syndrom). i truely belive that a male should never demand sex, especially not from someone that they just met, is scared of being raped or dying. and for him to pretty much demand sex against savety in that circumstance is just plain desgusting. ( but i think the author has got huge Potential (her writing is really great) and the Concept of the story could have been as well)
