A man of wealth and means sits at an ornate table in a high end luxurious hotel speaking into a cell phone, a malicious glint to his eyes as he closes another million dollar pharmaceutical merger. He is blissfully unaware of the man behind him, in a black leather trench coat, a hood obscuring his face in deep shadow, a pistol with a suppressor aimed at the back of his head. Both are frozen within the moment of moments, between a breath and sift of sand, one with the anticipation of a killer, the other, riding high upon the arrogance of wealth.

Der Leser kann deutlich sprechen.... tut's aber nicht.
Ein Buch das hätte gut werden könnte aber bereits am Anfang viel Potential verschenkt, wird dadurch verschlechtert das der Leser so übel ist das es unmöglich ist in die Genussphase überzugehen.
Zudem kommt eine Storyline in der der MC Entscheidungen trifft die de Autor gerade so möchte aber total out of Charakter sind oder in der zusammenhaltlos Zufälle aufeinandertreffen die nicht durchdacht geschweige denn durchgearbeitet sind. Kann man als Buch sicherlich lesen wenn man gerade Langeweile hat und nichts besseres findet aber hören kann man diese Serie auf keinen Fall. Übrigens.... Buch 2 ist nicht besser....der Leser hat nichts dazugelernt.
