The premise of this book is very fresh and enlightening. It really let me reflect on how entangled I was in metrics and scores, and how those overwrote my true values. In the middle, it gets kind of long, analyzing the issue from different angles. But I still think 5 stars are justified because of the originality and power of the idea!
