Ich liebe die Charaktere, Geschichte und die Interaktionen. Gehört nun zu einer meiner lieblings Bücher 😍 An Anfang ist es etwas schwierig zu erkennen aus welcher Sicht erzählt wird. Man gewöhnt sich aber darn.

Ein super interessantes Buch, Die Charaktere fühlen sich realistisch und divers an, und die Geschichte ist gut durchdacht und abwechslungsreich. Ich kann es jedem der Fantasy mag empfehlen.
Die Sprecherin ist gut - es macht Spaß ihr zuzuhören, und die Akzente bringen Leben in die Menschen. Einige haben es schon angemerkt - die Bieststimmen sind ein wenig merkwürdig. Das ist aber selten genug dass es nicht so schlimm ist.

Great modern fantasy with great characters. As with every fantasy it takes a while to get to know the characters, but you'll get there soon enough and then you can't get enough of them.

Ich habe das Buch empfohlen bekommen, weil die Geschichte sich um Drachen dreht... Das stimmte, natürlich. :-)
Die Geschichte war spannend, gut gezeichnete Charaktere und ein interessanter Spannungsbogen. Mir hat es gefallen...

I especially loved the female leads and the queer characters. This is the fantasy genre at its best. I also like that it's for adults and not a YA novel like so many of this genre, neither is it dripping in excessive violence.

I wasnt very convinced by the performance of the voice actor unfortunately. many of the important voices sounded very similar and to try and reach deeper tones she often lacked emotion in high tension moments. Good thing the story catries itself well.

It starts a bit slow but it is so so so so good. Best story I "read" in a long long time. I'm utterly in love with it and wish I could hear it again for the first time.

A lot to take in especially at first when the characters and world are introduced, gets more interesting after the first half of the book. Beginning drags a bit and the main battle in turn is too short.

Not a fan of the voice actress, she adjusted her voice weirdly at times but it didn’t deliver emotions with it.
