Die Erzählung ist spannend und vor allem mit angenehmer Stimme und Intonation gesprochen! Ich konnte es kaum weglegen.

The end is very unexpected! Many plottwists and lost of drama. I very much enjoyed this book. It's very entertaining and well written.

Habe das Buch gehört, weil es gerade kostenlos war (und ich Guthaben-los). Dafür war es wirklich ok, aber ein Monatsguthaben würde ich dafür nicht opfern. Typisch amerikanisch-überzogene, realitätsferne Story, die so dahinplätschert. Alles in allem aber kurzweilig und überraschend. Die Sprecherin macht es zwar manchmal schwierig, in Dialogen zu differenzieren, wer gerade spricht, aber ihre Stimme ist ganz angenehm.

I'd give this at least four stars if I had found the main characters more likeable. i couldn't see the love between husband and wife, he seemed aloof and she seemed a bit of a bitch tbh. It took me a long while to shake the feeling of being held at arm's length. But the story itself is good, with plot twists and all.

Well written, and well read although the gushing typical American style almost made me puke at the beginning, but that was dosed down after the first chapter. A good plot that keeps up the tension and with a surprising twist towards the end but the overload sugar happy-end spoilt the whole thing and detracted from the credibility. Pity.

The End was really not expected.

Die Geschichte und das Ende ist besser als erwartet. Am Anfang vermutet man alle Klischees, aber es ist dann doch mehr Tiefe drinnen. Ich wünschte fast, dass ihr psychologischer Aspekt, dass sie niemanden traut, immer das schlimmste erwartet und glaubt, dass sie niemand liebt mehr bearbeitet worden wäre. Dann hätte die Geschichte 5*.

Ich habe schon viele Hörbücher verschlungen. Dieses war mit Abstand das Langweiligste von allen. Die Story völlig unrealistisch und extrem langatmig. Die eher einschläfernde Erzählungsart der Sprecherin hat nicht grad dazu beigetragen, dass die Geschichte spannender wurde. Nicht zu empfehlen
