I tried this cleanse and it is very efficient.
Yet I recommend to also study Florian Sauer and his enhanced version of this cleanse - it contains some good content as well.
Be sure to only do this cleanse if you have enough energy and are robust to some degree.
Be sure your kidneys are working well. Do not take this cleanse lightly but prepare well and possibly do it with a health practitioner. You need a degree of health to be able to do this cleanse.
Be well. It is really worth it. But do it consciously, take your time. Add long (up to several hours) Epsomsalt-baths to help the detox before and after.
