A dear friend of mine recommended this book on her Instagram story, so I thought why not give it a try. Well it was one of the best decisions I’ve made and it changed my life on a deep level. I started changing my life and implementing easy and reachable tasks. I feel so much more connected to myself, to nature and to my family. I’m going out into the nature every single day no matter how the weather is and I am enjoying it so much. I highly recommend this audio book :)

This book is wonderfully written and very inspirational. Filled with lovely stories and examples and with simple and no nonsense advice, it motivated me to change the way I look at my body, mind and nature. I’ve listened to it twice already and I am sure I will listen to it in the future as well.
