Was great in general, but the Narration really made the story come to life. Though the Story itself is absolutely awesome in its own right.

Super geschichte, gutes ende, es könnte noch weiter gehen. Es gab ein guten einblick woher Malus kommt.

I have in fact waited for years to have Malus Darkblades adventures here on audible, and was overjoyed when I finally stumbled across this first book in the series.
I have grown tired of all those villians in recent times who always seem just to be misunderstood or trying to archiev somthing good but just do it in a bad way.
Not with Malus though. He is evil, ruthless and does not shy away from any atrocity to reach his selfish goals. Murder, torture and betrayel are simply his bread and wine.
Of course these actions dont go unpunished and often enough he finds himself on the receiving end of the ill intentions of other.

I can recommend this story/series to anyone who likes the villians and who is somewhat tired of the "hero" getting away "unscathed", even though in Warhammer that term is quite the stretch.

At long last this wonderfull villain appears here.

Fantastically read book that gives a deep dive into vicious and cruel nature of dark elfs.

Malus Darkblade is the best villain protagonist in all of Warhammer Fantasy. I recommend it to anyone who likes the darker aspects of Warhammer Fantasy and the Dark Elves in particular for obvious reasons.

Fällt im letzten Drittel komplett auseinander. Die Anfangs interessante Prämisse wird von einzelnen albernen Momenten und dem letzten Drittel ruiniert. Schade.
