I found this a very entertaining police procedural and I have already ordered book 2. It's no masterpiece, but worth listening to. Not too dark, not too light. Plot is interesting.

Narration is good too. I just found the voice for the female detective sounded too shy and cautious and made her look less tough and smart than she is on paper.

Eigentlich gibt es kein "Harry Bosch" Buch, welches nicht gut ist, dieses reiht sich nahtlos ein, sehr zu empfehlen, sehr gut vorgetragen von Dick Hill, hat man ein Buch aus dieser Reihe gehört, will man sicherlich auch die anderen nicht verpassen !

Guter Anfang, sehr gut gelesen (Dick Hill ist klasse!), und als Einstieg in die Harry Bosch Serie prima! Wer die Verfilmung mochte, sollte sich unbedingt mal die (Hör-) Bücher gönnen..
