I nearly preferred this part to the first one, which is quite unusual as often the sequels are only half as good. But I can recommend this series to you. It’s a good mixture and does not get boring.

Slightly better than the previous book.

As always, I love the series' snarky humor.
The end was a bit short for my taste, but still satisfactory.

All and all a good conclusion of the series.
Hope there will be another sequel.

The last two series i read from Helen Harper was unfortunately quite shallow but this was brilliant. Finally not the hero , super powerful “ im the greatest fighter “ kind of story, but funny , loose.. very entertaining! I love the lazy Ivy and the uptight but not so uptight blue- eyed Rafe… great story, good reader
