Miyara has saved the day—again.

And once again, the world has come calling.

Everyone wants a piece of the magical disaster zone for their own agendas, and some will stop at nothing to destroy the border and bring catastrophe down on the world. It's up to Miyara to host a summit, bringing all the players to one place so she can find out what's going on and forge the connections necessary to stop it before it's too late for everyone.

Failure means the end of the world. Miyara has no choice but to prove, once and for all, that her path in serving people with tea is powerful enough to matter.

Royal Tea Service is the third book of the Tea Princess Chronicles, a cozy fantasy series full of magic tea, baby dragons, friendship, and lifting people up even when the odds seem impossible.

It's still as good as the first was. And the development of the people? I love it!

So wholesome

I just learned that the genre of „healing fiction“ exists in which the main character gets therapeutic lessons - and that it is not for me. The book is about the trauma of a former princes and how she is taught to navigate romance and friendship to solve a magic conundrum in a politically complicated situation. At times, the story is even moralistic to a point where the story becomes unrealistic. It seems to be very agenda-driven.

The politics in this book is interesting but I found it difficult to listen to it -after 90 minutes into the book, i had to restart, because I missed an important plot part. Might be better to read it, to be more focused and to keep the names of characters better apart. In total: i will not hear it a second time and will not recommend it, but if someone wants to get therapeutic lessons on romance and friendship in a complicated magical political situation it might be for them.

Complicated healing fiction
