Look, I do enjoy this series, I really do! But I cant tell you how incredibly annoying it is that this main character is two things I really dont like. A horny redneck that LITERALLY takes every single chance to hump any woman he comes in contact with, and also an incredible hypocrite, giving other craps for things he does all the time. And I try to like him, I really do but every time he seems to try and be serious he just screws everything and everyone.

Otherwise, the universe is incredibly interesting and well written. Mark Boyett is just a master of his craft and the reason I am continuing to devour these books.
