Der Schreibstil ist, wie immer bei Maeve Binchy, wundervoll. Und viele der Figuren die auftreten kann man verstehen und ich mochte sie gerne. Aber nicht die Hauptperson. Binchy versucht uns zu vermitteln, dass sie nett und intelligent sei, aber sie verhält sich unsagbar dumm und egoistisch. Das verdirbt mir die Freude am Hören immer wieder.
