It was told very humane and down to earth. Especially the chapter from his girlfriend perspective gave me the feeling that this is a real guy, who sacrificed his luxurious life for his beliefs. Amazing.
Only downside, it’s not voiced by him. I liked the narrator, but Snowden‘s voice would have been awesome. I like his voice inflections.

One of the best books that I have listened to in years. Good insights into how how work at NSA feels like. Also puts China as a surveillance state in perspective, as the US is evidently doing the same without disclosing it to the puclic.

Makes me hoping for the future of my grandchildren's world. The book is brilliantly written and although I certainly cannot recall the full meaning of abbreviations e.g. of all government departments, which each time were explained, I got the picture and the message. Thank you.

The story is very well written. Gives great insights ti the man Edward snowden.. My hat is off to him and his courage. I found the speaker exhausting... Most of the time he emphasized every word and made it hard to listen to. Wish i would have bought the German version (heard a sample of it and the speaker is much better.
