I really liked the first two books, but this one has some floors… (though I’m just listening two hours)

Spoiler:

He felt deep in debt to Diana (book 2) and wanted to help her get a blood line but takes the first opportunity to cast his promise aside to wake her bloodline. Just to probably taking her sister as a wife and awaking the bloodline for her. “Ironclad promises”- not really…

Later he looses the core of Mei because he holds onto it in his hands during a battle rather than putting it into his spacial ring or swallowing it on the spot (after her body was gone) like he did Aurora’s !?!?!?
Seriously?
I had to get this off my chest, I hope it’s getting better from now on…
