Amazing guests and great host. However some topics are very complicated.

The reason I gave 4 stars is that these are all podcasts, which I could have gotten for free.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this collection of podcasts by Sam Harris. Intelligent, eye-opening and fun. Can only recommend it.

Brilliant and delightful

This is a collection of podcasts and not technically an audiobook. As such, it is also somewhat less coherent but more diverse than an audiobook would be. I found each episode to be deeply interesting and, save for the first episode, relatively easy to follow. Where it falls somewhat short for me is that the guests Harris chose we're all people who agreed with his opinion. As a listener, this was not hugely problematic since it gives a deeper insight into what Harris's opinion actually is, means, and implies. However, it makes the episodes far more repetitive and loses a lot of interesting insights that could have come from showing opposing view points. Hence, 4/5

If you like hearing an American socialist complaining about Trump every 5 minutes this is for you! Not a Trump fan but this was just annoying in some of the interviews... Very interesting where the subject is less political. Talks with Anil Seths, Sapolsky, Kahnemann were very interesting. For Sapolsky I would listen to his lectures on youtube.
