This book had me laughing and crying, no joke. I'm happy that it met the high standard of daily life comedy that we know from Laura. Paired with brutal honesty and life lessons to herself and her children, that gave me comfort and reminded me to be thankful. Progress not Perfection. I love this woman.

Laura Clery’s Idiot was my first ebook on Kindle and now that I am myself a mom and don’t have time to read, Idiots has become the first book I listened to on Audible. I have been following Laura for years now, since I found one of her videos when she was pregnant with Alfie. I love the way she approaches serious topics and her honesty, which is exactly what I found in this book. There were times when I was laughing out loud, times when I had tears in my eyes (thank you, hormones), but it also made me think about what we do with what has been given to us. I recommend this book to everyone, but especially to people with prejudice as it might have a curative effect.
