I would recommend this audio book to everyone who is trying to de-stress their work and improve his productivity. The author delivers practical guides that you can implement in your life instantaneously. Many tips are pretty obvious though, that's why I only give four stars. If this had been the first book I listened to about these topics, I probably would have had given it five stars.
