Das Buch weiß selbst nicht, welcher Handlungsstrang relevant sein soll. Der mit dem Cyborg-Kommando, dem ein Viertel des Inhalts gewährt wird, oder der Erstkontakt mit den Shan, welcher Zugleich der erste Kontakt der Menschen mit Außerirdischen wäre, der nicht mit einem Milliarden Leben kostenden Krieg mündet. Nach anderen Reviews zu urteilen ist es der Cyborg-Kommando, was schade ist, denn die Shan sind wesentlich interessanter.

Der Sprecher, Mikael Naramore, war kompetent.

Dennoch werde ich mit der Reihe nicht fortfahren.
