Über diesen Titel

What do you do when you're stranded on one of the most hostile planets in the universe?

Bronwic must battle on the Bane world, Holgaad, to rejoin humanity on Earth. His only chance is to ride the edge of death and level up in the hope one of his most powerful skills can evolve to save him.

A gritty, unexpected series of events brings him enormous challenges and rewards, plus the chance to become the most powerful human alive—if he can remain unbreakable.

Fury of the Clan is the second book in The Mana Influx series. You can expect a fun combination of classes, levels, galactic invaders, magic, skill selection, progression, game mechanics, attributes, and plenty of difficult choices.

It feels like the author keeps testing characters for the 'good side' within the book and then decides he doesn't like them or his fans don't like them and then he swaps them out for others. What the story comes down to because of that is MC's solo 'monster of the day'-hunt and solo progression adventure with random party members that frequently change (seen way too briefly to care for hardly any of them ). Disconnected me again and again from the story. I liked the first volume better when there were more somehwhat constant characters. I think, if the author wanted to show how dangerous the new world is he should have changing main characters instead when the current one died, that would have been interesting.

liked the first book, story changed a lot
