An EMP strike plunges Las Vegas into darkness.
Cars die. Power fails. The city stops. Within minutes, the illusion of control is gone—and panic takes its place.
Rosa has spent years moving between two worlds. By day, she works at an exclusive golf club. By night, she disappears into the storm tunnels beneath the Strip. When a helicopter crashes into the course and no help comes, she does the one thing she never does. She stays. She pulls her injured co-worker Morgan from the wreckage. And takes in a pit bull that refuses to leave.
But survival above ground is collapsing fast. Morgan needs to find her brother. Carter needs to reach his five-year-old daughter in Salt Lake City, four hundred miles away.
No power. No transport. No law. Only one way out. Underground.
As the city descends into chaos, Rosa leads them into the tunnels, where a hidden community survives by its own rules . . . and danger waits in the dark. Because above ground isn’t the only place falling apart.
Welcome to the tunnels.
