Fascinating story, wonderful characters
This is another fabulous story in the series, each book completely different from the others but linked via previous (and sometimes future) characters. This gives an excellent picture of a particular place peopled with believable characters. We get a true to life, historically accurate portrayal of life in the 18th century. Highly recommended.
