I found Sarah late last year through the Mind Valley Podcast!! Since then I have been listening to all her Podcast and started applying her techniques in my daily life!! I know it sounds like I’m crazy if I say that since then magical things happen in my life ON A DAILY BASIS there is not just ups there where some downs too but they ultimately painted a bigger picture! I am more happy, less worried and overall more positive since I have found her. I held back buying this book (i don’t know why) but finally got the audio version yesterday! The only thing I don’t like about it is that I haven’t got it right away! I’m exited to apply the Mini-Meditations and connect even more to the Universe!!
