So when I write reviews I am pretty generous as I don’t expect any book to give me all clues for life! At the end of the day, thats our job to assemble the bits and pieces of all that we need to become complete.

This book however has some very valuable lessons. 1. You are separate from thoughts and emotions - untethered. It gives you a perspective in which you can distance yourself from these. 2. Transcending fears, going through them, feeling them and for ever lifting their limitations on your life as opposed to pushing them away and building your own cage.

For those two great lessons, I’m all in on this book! Thanks Michael a. Singer!
