A very important book to read for this era we are in. Although it was written so many years ago it rings even more true today.

True story? Maybe. I like that the author himself reads and brings in emotion and authenticity. But for my taste way too detailed, confusing jumps in timeline, way too lengthy and detailed without adding anything relevant. I stopped at chapter 8. I think I heard a dozen times that someone sat down in the evening to read a book or have a glass of wine or the weather was nice or we went out for lunch, and so on. I have doubts that this hypnotic regression sessions reveal truths rather than fantasies. what's also missing for me is more critical reflection. Thanks!
