Oh my fucking God! the Lincoln Lawyer Series has always been amazing, but this one got me to actually write a review. Fantastic work by Michael Connelly. definitely my favorite of his & the best listen of my Year by a mile!

absolute masterpiece

Just as usual another great book by Michael Connelly! Without any spoilers - what I especially liked about this one was for one the topic of AI and the challenges it poses for society. Also I found it interesting how the reader gets to experience how once proud and dedicated defense attorney Mickey Haller matures and how his views on the meaning of his work can shift.
I like the speaker of this one very much. Time flies when you listen to his voice telling another Mickey Haller story.

I have read/listened to every Lincoln Lawyer book from the series. Despite all of them are really good, this one (the newest book from the LL series) is one of the best stories overall. I‘ve never finished an audio book that fast!

Ein typischer Connelly: guter Plot, spannend bis zum Ende. Die Problematik KI ist gut in Szene gesetzt. Kompliment an Peter Giles als Sprecher, wie immer gekonnt. Hoffentlich dauert es nicht so lang bis zum nächsten Buch Mr. Connelly, egal ob Bosch, Ballard oder Haller.
