Über diesen Titel
A young woman must navigate the dangers of a strange new world filled with magic and mystery in this imaginative and highly detailed LitRPG adventure.
When Alice Verianna went to sleep, she was just another teen from the Denver suburbs. She definitely didn't expect to be transported to a magical alternate dimension, inhabited by monsters and presided over by a mysterious System. Here, people resemble RPG characters and everyone has access to their own status screens.
Grappling with the mechanics of the elusive System isn't the only challenge Alice faces. It seems an underground organization known as the Society of Starry Eyes has taken a particular interest in other dimensions. If they find out about Alice, they will stop at nothing to hunt her down and forcibly extract from her the secrets of her world.
Now, in addition to pursuing her own scientific endeavors, as well as learning to harness the magic that surrounds her, Alice must determine the Society's ultimate intention—and how she ended up here in first place. Before it's too late . . .
The first volume of the hit LitRPG adventure series—with almost two million views on Royal Road—now available on Kindle, Kindle Unlimited, and Audible!

Hast a few Problems, tjat Take you Put of the Story. Like Smoking fish... she foesnt donthat. What shes doing ist cooking... Author clearly doesnt know Basic preservation methods. Past "Heard that smoked fish ist preserved".
That Shows Up a bit in a few Things. But the Story ist still enjoyable. Even If luck ist on her side xD. That stat should be 9999.
Positives are. Not endless Screen readouts. Very smooth Story Plot and No Info Dumping. Funny parts Mixed with suspense and mystery.
It might be one of my newer Favoriten.
Still Not finished.

Like most litrpg's the stat sheets are books in of themselves. I'm used to that, because I like the genre, but it might turn off some people.
The world building is interesting. Just enough glimpses into the wider global political landscape to make the world feel big.
The magic system is complex enough to inspire contemplation on my end. I have had a few moments where I thought about what might be possible.
The protagonist is clever and funny enough to be interesting. A little annoying was that the protagonist multiple time comes up with a hypothesis, doesn't even think about alternatives, but ends up right. At first I thought that was a decision by the author to shave down the word count, but that turned out to be wrong.
(Example: The protagonist comes up with the idea that she got transported to a new world/dimension, even though everything she had seen so far looked like earth. She didn't even consider time travel, or a simulation, or anything. A sentence of consideration and dismissal would have been good enough.)
What I had the biggest problem with was the writing style. The author constantly repeats the same points over and over. This got worse the further into the book it got.
(Sample: ...a slight hint of stubbornness, a desire to learn more without giving up. "At least we can learn more. Even if we can't generalize the experiments yet, we can learn more and do more experiments. I don't want to give up. We can start here and try to learn more, then we can make sure it is safe and get it past an ethics committee.")
Also, all characters have the same voice. I'm not talking about the person reading the story out, but the way characters express themselves in words.
The reader is plenty good. No complaints about the presentation.
Stop repeating yourself

Frust Abbruch
