• The Wrap Up

    After ghosting you for over a year I decided it was time to publish an official "wrap-up" podcast episode. I had every intention of coming back to the podcast this year but the longer my break went on the more I realized - I don't have anything I feel I want or need to talk about.


    I'm leaving the door open to return to a different iteration of this podcast or maybe a brand new one, but this is Suzi from this version of the Wellness Simplified Podcast signing off for the last time.
