This is your go to health, wellness, lifestyle pod and I am your host Rachel Sisneros. I am here to help women in all areas help you find balance but also have an escape to have girl talk and more. As an occupational therapist I am motivated to give you insight on finding balance in all areas of your life, but also as a female navigating my 20s. I want to be real about my wild ride. A big reason for starting this podcast is talking about real wellness and defining what that means. I can't wait for our mornings, post-work, or HGW chats. Previously this podcast was called Scrub Language but as we proceeded with the podcast, the vision changed. Don't worry, I will still talk about life as a healthcare professional as that is what I do. However, Wellness Hour with Rach will include all aspects of life and all professions.
