    Write down every moment in your life that felt divinely orchestrated — the things that “shouldn’t” have worked out but did. Revisit this list when you doubt the magic.

    Say aloud: “I am open to miracles today. I expect miracles. I live in miracles.”
    Then, look for them — and they’ll look for you.

    Key Reframe: My 20s was constantly dreaming massively. Then life happened - shut down business, family mourning, intense life things. I lost the spark to dream. Last night I realized: I'm dreaming SMALL. Being "realistic." I felt like I wasn't ALLOWED to dream after a certain age or after certain things happening. But that's what made me happy in my 20s - that's what life is ABOUT.

    Truth Bomb: The moment you stop dreaming, life gets mundane. You feel like you're dragging on. The spark goes away. Before you know it, 10 years passed and you're like "whoa, what happened?" I want to catch us BEFORE those 10 years pass.

    Day's Action Step: CREATE A VISION BOARD today!

    Option 1 - Old Fashioned: Pen to paper, magazines, all that jazz

    Option 2 - Digital:

    • Go on Pinterest, save things, put on Canva or PowerPoint
    • TikTok collections: someone traveling to Italy? Save it under "manifesting this" or "dreaming of this"
    • Make it your desktop background or phone background
    • Look at it every day

    Daily Practice: Tell yourself: "I get to dream and I get to have this."

    Start cultivating dreams again. Begin to reclaim the power you have within. See where it takes you.

    3. When calm, examine limiting beliefs/fears - ask "What is really TRUE? How can I solve this if it IS true?"
    4. Surrender to universe's power, remember YOUR power, take it back from disempowerment, make game plan from THAT place

    Truth Bomb: The unknown is scary, but there's a reason you're called to this path. You're CHOSEN for this because you're able to achieve it. Thoughts wouldn't come if you weren't the person who can achieve them. Manifestations come true when you embody the energy of someone who CAN achieve it.

    Day's Action Step: Look at the unknown path you're starting to take. Ask: "How can I lean into the unknown, navigate what comes up mindfully, and take action from confidence?" It won't be easy, but you can do this.

    Daily Mantra: "I have everything I need inside me. There's nothing external that I need."

    Key Reframe: You have everything you need inside you - skills to get into right positions, courage to put yourself out there, ability to find community and love. Nothing external will get you overflow. It begins inside when you cultivate deep trust that you are SO DAMN POWERFUL.

    Truth Bomb: I am not special. None of the teachers making millions, traveling the world, doing incredible things are special. They just REMEMBERED they have everything inside themselves. They remembered they too can have a life beyond wildest dreams. You can too.

    Day 31 Final Challenge: Go about your day saying "I have everything I need inside me" and FEELING that. When you do, the universe matches it and gives you everything you've always wanted.

    3. Mirror ritual: "I live in overflow. I experience overflow all day today. Today I step into the version of me experiencing overflow. I have overflow NOW."
    4. Optional: Add yoga, running, or movement that creates body-mind practice

    MIDDAY RESET:

    1. Check in: How am I feeling? Doubt? Scared? Confused? Unsure?
    2. Where do I feel I'm NOT in overflow?
    3. How can I get back into it? (Deep breaths, grounding, reassuring yourself you get to have big dreams)
    4. Journal fears: "I'm feeling this, I'm feeling this - what can I feel instead?"

    EVENING ROUTINE: Subconscious reprogramming options:

    • Visualization
    • Subliminals
    • Affirmations
    • Full meditation Focus: Living from the end. How does overflow version of you look, be, act? Envision and repeat thoughts right before bed.

    Key Reframe: This practice cultivates the feeling of "more than enough" in ALL areas - relationships, happiness, financial gains, love, friendship, experiences. The goal is leaving this challenge better than you came in with a sustainable practice.

    Truth Bomb: It GETS to be that simple. Of course add what makes YOU feel overflow - creative expression, things that feel really good. I love creating videos, podcasting, short form content - that makes me feel overflow. Find YOUR version to experience daily.

    Day 30 Challenge: Create your OWN overflow practice using this as a base. Find ways that make YOU feel overflow and experience it continuously.

    2. This week, replace "I don't know" with "I do know"
    3. Ask daily: "Where is my intuition guiding me toward more overflow?"
