Today's 7-Minute Reset: Day 30 of Overflow October! You officially finished 30 days of overflow practice! If you've been keeping up, you should be seeing miracles, clarity, certainty, and how powerful you truly are. Today we're creating YOUR overflow practice to keep the momentum going.

- Stay in bed until you FEEL that overflow feeling in your body
- Mirror ritual: "I live in overflow. I experience overflow all day today. Today I step into the version of me experiencing overflow. I have overflow NOW."
- Optional: Add yoga, running, or movement that creates body-mind practice
✨ MIDDAY RESET:
- Check in: How am I feeling? Doubt? Scared? Confused? Unsure?
- Where do I feel I'm NOT in overflow?
- How can I get back into it? (Deep breaths, grounding, reassuring yourself you get to have big dreams)
- Journal fears: "I'm feeling this, I'm feeling this - what can I feel instead?"
✨ EVENING ROUTINE: Subconscious reprogramming options:
- Visualization
- Subliminals
- Affirmations
- Full meditation Focus: Living from the end. How does overflow version of you look, be, act? Envision and repeat thoughts right before bed.
Key Reframe: This practice cultivates the feeling of "more than enough" in ALL areas - relationships, happiness, financial gains, love, friendship, experiences. The goal is leaving this challenge better than you came in with a sustainable practice.
Truth Bomb: It GETS to be that simple. Of course add what makes YOU feel overflow - creative expression, things that feel really good. I love creating videos, podcasting, short form content - that makes me feel overflow. Find YOUR version to experience daily.
