• Stepping into The Dark
    Oct 9 2026

Growth doesn't stop when you know yourself.

In some ways, that's when a different kind of growth begins.

There are moments when something catches your attention before you can rationally explain why.

    A place.
    An idea.
    A conversation.
    A business.
    A trip.
    A person.
    A decision.

The goal isn't to blindly follow every impulse.

I think it's to become discerning enough to recognize the difference between an impulse, an escape, and the quiet internal signal that says: "Pay attention. There's something here for you."

And then to have enough courage to follow it without requiring certainty about what you'll get on the other side.

Here's my story about stepping into the darkness.

  • The Skill We're Losing Without Realizing It
    Sep 21 2026

I had the most interesting conversation with my Uber driver the other day.

It started with Waymo, moved into AI taking people's jobs, and eventually became a conversation about what happens when the world changes faster than we're prepared for.

I think we spend so much time trying to predict what's coming next that we forget to build the thing that might matter even more: our ability to adapt when we're wrong.

It made me think about comfort. Convenience. Risk. Being a beginner.. and all the little ways we build evidence that we can trust ourselves when things don't go according to plan.

Because maybe confidence isn't knowing something will work out.

Maybe it's just knowing you'll be okay if (or when) it doesn't.

This episode is about becoming more adaptable in a world that will keep changing, whether we're ready for it or not.

    xx,
    Phoebe

  • The Wrong Steak
    Sep 14 2026

I ate a steak I didn't order this week.. and somehow that turned into a very clear look at one of my own patterns.

It's funny how the smallest moments can show you exactly where you're getting in your own way.

This episode is about one of mine, and I think you'll probably be able to recognize yours in it too.

  • Confidence Is Collected, Not Created
    Sep 8 2026

What if confidence isn't something you need before you act, but something you earn because you acted?

After watching my boyfriend's 14-year-old son win a hockey tournament, I found myself thinking about the athlete I was at his age, the decisions that eventually led me to Division I soccer, and all the work nobody saw along the way.

In this episode, I explore the invisible reps behind the outcomes we celebrate, why the scoreboard is a lagging indicator, and why commitment may matter far more than confidence.

We talk about how this shows up in business, health, relationships, and the parts of ourselves we may not have lost, but simply stopped giving somewhere to live.

Because yes, the championship gets remembered, but the person capable of winning it was built when nobody was watching.

  • Effective Immediately
    Aug 16 2026

There are two camps selling women short right now. One is the manifestation world... which I've been part of, and still believe in, that turns vision into a substitute for execution. The other is the boss-babe world that gives women a model for burnout and call it ambition.

The most effective women I know are neither.

They're in the arena doing the work, bending it to fit their life because that makes them better. That's the whole differentiator. It's not a matter of intelligence, or capital, but decision making, speed of decision, and momentum.

At the end, I give you 5 things you can do this week, including how to tell the difference between a decision that deserves your time (and possible agony haha) and one you should have made in 10 minutes.

  • The Good Soldier
    Jul 13 2026

I always pictured the top of the mountain feeling different than it did. What I got was standing at the summit of the only thing I'd ever trained for, at nineteen, looking down and thinking, this is not it.. and somehow, in some strange way.. it turned out to be the most important thing that had ever happened to me.

I'm bringing you into the years I spent doing everything right. This is an episode about the Good Soldier.. because maybe, like me - you followed all the rules, collected the papers, and still feel quietly certain there's more. If so, I recorded this one for you.

Listen, then come find me over on Substack or Instagram for the deeper dives.

  • When Dreams Go Slightly Off-Script
    Jun 1 2026

I pictured candles, soft music, someone holding my hand. What I got was a locked bathroom door at a kids' hockey rink.. and somehow, in some weird way.. that turned out to be exactly right.

I'm bringing you into the moment when I walked away from an appointment I'd waited years to make. This is an episode about trusting your own timing over the script you were handed, and learning that just because the version you pictured isn't coming, that doesn't mean you're failing.

If you've been keeping a dream burning quietly while you build everything else, I recorded this one for you. Listen, then come find me over on Substack or Instagram for the deeper dives.

  • Confidence Is the Revolution
    Nov 4 2025

This one is for the woman who has been quietly shrinking.

Society has made billions convincing us that something about us needs fixing... our bodies, our ambition, our voices.

But here is the truth: confidence is not arrogance. It is presence. It is the quiet knowing that you can handle whatever comes.

This episode is about why the world needs women who are done apologizing for taking up space. Women who love themselves fully and unapologetically.

Because when you stop playing small, you do not just change your life. You give everyone watching you permission to do the same.

The next generation needs to see us confident. Not perfect. Just fully here.

No more sitting this one out.
