  • Episode 111: 19-0 MLB Trend for Tuesday September 22
    Sep 22 2026

The White Sox are fighting for a Wild Card spot, and they bring an absolutely ridiculous 19-0 OVER trend into Tuesday’s matchup with the Royals.

Since April 3rd, White Sox games are 19-0 to the OVER after a day of rest — and I’m not fading it.

Anthony Kay takes the mound for Chicago, and his last five starts have all gone OVER 8.5, while Kansas City counters with Daniel Lynch and a Royals bullpen that owns one of the highest ERAs in baseball. Add in strong home scoring from Kansas City and the White Sox owning MLB’s second-highest OVER rate at 57.1%, and there are plenty of reasons to keep riding this trend.

Is White Sox/Royals OVER 8.5 another Trend to Tail — or is the perfect 19-0 streak finally due to end?

🔥 My Pick: OVER 8.5 — Trend to Tail

    ⚾ White Sox at Guardians
Is the Foster Griffin trend worth backing Cleveland at home? Griffin’s teams are 18-5 on the moneyline this season when he starts with a total of 8+.

    ⚾ Orioles at Mets
A massive 12-2 trend points toward the Mets, but is this a trap to fade? Dan breaks down Shane Baz, Sean Manaea and Baltimore’s dangerous lineup against left-handed pitching.

Can the over keep rolling? Pittsburgh is 28-9 to the over since 2010 as a home favorite of -8.5 or more with a total of 71.5 or lower. Dan explains why the fast-paced Syracuse offense and Pittsburgh’s explosive attack make Over 51.5 his play.

Can Miami cover a massive -57.5?

Finally, the NFL heads overseas for 49ers vs. Rams in Melbourne. TrendsCenter shows primetime divisional games with an O/U of 45+ have gone 144-94-5 to the under (60.5%, +40.6u, 15.19% ROI) over the last 26 years. With the total sitting at 48.5, are we taking the under or walking into a trap?
