Bangladesh is one of a handful of countries where the world’s ships go to die.  From tankers to cargo ships and cruise liners, the boats are run aground and broken up for scrap, often by hand. It’s one of the most dangerous recycling jobs there is. Death and injuries are common among workers who lack protective equipment.
