Their share their satisfaction of how being a business owner can actually have it's perks and allow you to be there more for your kids important milestone. Stuart also shares how it can be difficult, as a seperated dad who unfortnately missed out on some of thosemilestones in his daughters life, despite wanting to be there.

This week, Stuart and Ben share what decended into a (very) long disccusion from from a few weeks back, about how they manage and support their staff in different ways.
