ADHD and Thriving: Women Unleashed continues with Chris Connolly, ADDCA Certified ADHD coach and educator.
This episode is where Chris shares her ADHD diagnosis story and how she found a "Deeper Well" after learning about ADHD in depth and how to apply her research and experience to her own coping toolbox.
Although she was diagnosed with ADHD in her early 20s, she didn't realize how much it was affecting her life or all the strategies that could help until 2021, when she met an ADHD coach.
She offers a very important voice for the ADHD Queer community and is excited to share all the information she now knows about how to work with our spicy brains instead of against them.
Stay tuned for Episode 13, where she shares how she supports ADHDers with dating, relationships, and intimacy. Chris offers coaching. teaching and advocacy for our community.
