  • Is Tropical Astrology Sustainable?
    Sep 9 2025

In this thought-provoking solo episode, I share my journey of discovering the difference between tropical and true sidereal astrology, and why this matters for Human Design, Gene Keys, and our understanding of celestial influences.

    The Core Question:

If tropical astrology is based on where celestial bodies were 2,000+ years ago rather than where they actually are in the sky today, is this system sustainable long-term?

    What I Explore:

The precession of the equinoxes - roughly every 72 years, the position of celestial bodies shifts about 1 degree, creating almost a 30-degree difference over 2,000 years

Why when you read "full moon in Aquarius," it's most likely actually in Capricorn when you look at the real sky

My personal shift from tropical to true sidereal astrology and how it affected my human design work

The emotional responses people have when discovering their "sun sign" might be different than they've always believed

    The Bigger Picture:

I draw parallels between this astronomical reality and other areas where we've blindly followed systems that drift away from nature (like the margarine vs. butter example in nutrition). Sometimes what seems "easier" or more standardized isn't necessarily more aligned with natural reality.

True sidereal astrology uses actual constellation sizes - some are huge (Virgo, Pisces) while others are small (Aries, Scorpio) - reflecting the irregularities of nature rather than the artificial 30-degree divisions of tropical astrology.

    My Perspective:

This isn't about right vs. wrong - it's about personal resonance and what feels authentic to you. I respect that different systems work for different people, and I'm simply sharing what I've discovered resonates deeply with me after years of exploration.

I wonder if our society's rush and disconnection from natural timing partly stems from following astrological systems that are always "ahead" of what's actually happening in the sky.

    The Invitation:

Check the sky yourself using free apps. Look up where planets actually are versus where tropical astrology says they are. Make your own informed choice about what resonates with your experience.

If this triggers resistance in you, that's completely normal - it may simply not be the right time for you to explore this. Trust your own timing and inner knowing.

  • The Art of Trusting Yourself in a Noisy World
    Aug 26 2025

Today I am sharing one of the biggest realizations from my experience as an entrepreneur: the incredible importance of trusting yourself and staying true to your unique path, even when the world is full of distractions and "proven formulas."

The One Magic Shift:Learning to distinguish between content and activities that help you listen to yourself MORE versus those that make you question and doubt your inner voice.

    Key Insights:

🎯 Why slowing down isn't about being lazy - it's about getting clear on YOUR aligned path first

🌊 How to recognize when you're in effortless flow versus forcing things that aren't meant for you

📱 The shadow of Gate 56 - Distraction - and how constant content consumption can disconnect you from your inner voice

💎 Why the things that come most effortlessly to you often create the most incredible value for others

🎨 Your unique gifts weren't given to you to waste - they're meant to be shared with the world

    The Challenge:

We live in a world of endless information, AI-generated content, courses, and "success formulas." While tools and technology are amazing for getting our message out, nobody outside of you can tell you what your core truth is.

The Practice: Take time to contemplate: What content and activities are actually wasting your time and distracting you? What brings you value and helps you listen to yourself more deeply?

This episode is a gentle reminder that it's safe to trust yourself, take time to listen inward, and follow your unique path - even if it feels slower or less certain than following someone else's blueprint. You can thank me later ;-)

  • Podcasting Benefit #7 - It's Introvert Friendly
    Aug 14 2025

    ✨🎙️🚀 7 Benefits of Podcasting Series - Benefit #7: It's Introvert Friendly

Welcome to the final episode of our 7-day series! Today we're exploring why podcasting is the perfect marketing tool for introverts, highly sensitive people, and empaths who feel drained by traditional business promotion.

    In this episode, I share:

Why traditional marketing feels overwhelming for introverts (networking events, constant social media presence, dancing on camera)

How podcasting lets you connect with your audience from the comfort of your own sanctuary

Why you can take time to prepare and think before speaking (no pressure to be witty on the spot)

The choice between audio-only or adding video - you control your comfort level

My personal journey: trying YouTube first, feeling overwhelmed, then finding my rhythm with audio podcasting

How I evolved naturally from audio-only to video after nearly 2 years when I felt ready

Why you get to decide how to show up online in a way that feels safe

The importance of sustainability - we won't keep doing what always feels unsafe

How introverts can be selective about podcast guests and conversations

Why podcasting honors your natural introvert superpowers: depth, thoughtfulness, authentic connection

Key Insight: For something to be sustainable, you need to enjoy it and feel safe doing it. Yes, we want to stretch our comfort zones, but forced extroversion isn't sustainable for introverts.

The Evolution Path: Start where you feel comfortable (audio-only is perfect!), then naturally evolve as your confidence grows. There's no rush to do everything at once.

    Introvert Superpowers in Podcasting:

Deep, meaningful conversations over small talk

    Thoughtful preparation and intention

    Authentic vulnerability and connection

Calm, grounded energy that people crave

    Quality over quantity approach

Series Reflection - We've covered 7 incredible benefits:

    Accountability & Consistency

    Independence from Social Media

    Amazing Human Connections

    Playground for Creativity

    Confidence Building

Standing Out in Age of AI

    Introvert Friendly

Key Takeaway: Podcasting lets you market your business and connect with your ideal audience in a way that honors your introvert nature - from your sanctuary, on your terms, in your authentic energy.

Community Connection: The biggest transformations happen when we connect with like-minded people who share similar goals and support each other's growth.
