You are the product or the 5th person of the 4 people you hang around. Who do you want to be, what goals and dreams do you have with your career? If you're hanging around the wrong people they're only going to hold you back.

The amount of times I have received messages about not having motivation is ridiculous. If you don't have motivation when you're 11, 12, 13 then you never will. Finding a reason bigger than yourself is a huge factor in allowing you to stay motivation, discipline and stick to your habits for long periods of time.

You can't do this journey alone. Asking your parents for their support in your journey is critical. Having them know your goals and why you're doing it allows you to progress with your career. START AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

Moving from Adelaide to the Gold Coast in my pursuit of playing at the highest level possible I faced some extreme fear and anxiety around the decision as all I wanted to do was do what was best for my football career.

Moving from Glenelg Fc to West Adelaide Fc in the SANFL was very nerve racking for me but after 2 months I felt exactly where I needed to be an absolutely loved the football club and the opportunity it provided me
